Data Analyst

Data analyst with 4 years experience in analyzing, mapping, and troubleshooting data in business and academic settings. I’m comfortable communicating to technical and non‐technical audiences through the creation of visual dashboards and written documentation. In my past position, I worked closely with internal stakeholders from a variety of business domains: product, business development, marketing, finance, customer service, and engineering. This environment has developed my appreciation of cross-team collaboration and my ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. I work with each stakeholder to establish expectations, develop KPIs, and deliver accurate results for data-driven decision making.

Data analysis can often be ambiguous and often undefined. This has trained me to explore and experiment with data to find unexpected insights. I have experience applying machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis to develop data-driven models, software development, technical communication, and data visualisation.
